All of the reinforced equipment is unlocked by completing the various challenges of the challenge sets by the same name. Once unlocked, you can simply claim the reward from the Trapper. These are all needed to complete the game with 100%. The practical reason to unlock all of the reinforced equipment is that it gives you an additional 20% on your character stat levels.
The first reward is obtained after completing the first challenge in the set. The second reward is provided once the third challenge is completed. The third reward is given after the seventh challenge is done. You get the complete upgraded set by finishing all 10 of it’s challenges.
